New Board of Trustees Resolutions: Reinforcing Leadership By CRCICA27 December, 2024
At the Board of Trustees meeting on 11 December 2024, chaired by H.E. Nabil Fahmy, CRCICA announced key leadership decisions, electing Dr. Gaston Kenfack Douajini (Cameroon) and Prof. Nassib G. Ziadé (Lebanon/Chile) as Vice-Chairpersons. These appointments reflect CRCICA’s ongoing dedication to excellence and diversity in leadership. Dr. Gaston Kenfack, Director of Legislation at the Ministry of Justice in Cameroon, is a prominent advocate for harmonizing legal frameworks across Africa. His expertise and dedication to advancing arbitration make him a pivotal figure in global dispute resolution. Similarly, Prof. Nassib G. Ziadé, an internationally recognized authority on arbitration, has held distinguished positions such as CEO of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution and Deputy Secretary-General of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). Their contributions strengthen CRCICA’s leadership and global standing. |
