Samuel Nderitu Appointed to the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal

Samuel Mbiriri Nderitu, FCIArb, FMIArb was, on 29th March 2022, appointed as an ad hoc member of the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal (PPDT) in Kenya. The PPDT is a Tribunal established under the Political Parties Act 2011 to expeditiously adjudicate political party disputes. The appointment was made by the Hon. Lady Justice Martha Koome, The Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya.  The appointment is timely given the upcoming general elections in August of this year.
