Biography
Samuel Mbiriri Nderitu, FCIArb, FMIArb, Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths & Notary Public
A graduate of Makerere University School of Law, Uganda, an Advocate of the High court of Kenya and Partner in charge of dispute resolution at Mbiriri Ngugi & Co Advocates. Practices domestic and international commercial arbitration, both as an arbitrator and party representative, commercial contracting, civil and commercial litigation.

A Fellow of CIArb, was the Chair of CIArb (Kenya Branch) from May 2019 - May 2021, a Director of the National Committee, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Kenya. An accredited Mediator by CIArb and the Mediation Accreditation Committee (MAC) of the Judiciary, Kenya, is in the panel of Arbitrators in the China Maritime Arbitration Commission, Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration, has right of audience before in the AIFC Court in Kazakhstan, a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators and also a fellow of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators Institute of New Zealand.
