Mr Vlad Movshovich is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Webber Wentzel.  He obtained his BA and LLB (both with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand, BCL (with distinction) - with emphasis on International Arbitration and Civil Procedure - and MLitt (Thesis title: Ultra vires representations and unlawful decisions in English administrative law, in comparative perspective) from the University of Oxford, UK. Vlad speaks English, Afrikaans and Russian fluently.  Vlad has particular expertise in the fields of complex commercial and corporate dispute resolution, domestic and international arbitration, public, administrative and procurement law disputes, the law on corruption, bribery and sanctions, corporate governance and partnership disputes as well as mining and mineral law.  Vlad is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
