Julius Nkafu is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London, England. He is a practising Barrister in England and Cameroon. His arbitration practice focuses on international arbitration. He has advised and assisted many clients in courts and tribunals in a variety of commercial and civil disputes. Julius has been involved in lengthy very complex arbitration in Africa and the United Kingdom. He has worked alone but also as part of a team with a major London based law firm. Julius understands arbitrations under the OHADA, LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL and KIAC, CRCICA and others rules, as well as ad-hoc arrangements. Julius is fluent in English and French and a member of a number of professional associations, including the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and the Association for the Promotion of Arbitration in Africa (APAA).
