Course Description: It examines the principal laws, treaties and rules relevant to disputes in Africa and around the world.

Course Outcome: Participants are hence equipped with an understanding of the principals, processes and practices of domestic and the international mediation and arbitration methods.

Training approach: Simulated exercises where they actively engage in the negotiation and drafting of mediation and arbitration clauses.
