Biography
DJOFANG DARLY AYMAR has been a Lawyer at the Cameroon Bar since 2015, after several years in business, the prestigious CHANAS Insurance Company where he served as Claims and Litigation Manager, then Senior Lawyer.
Founder of the DJOFANG & PARTNERS Law Firm since January 2, 2019, Maître DJOFANG holds a DEA (University Study Diploma) in Community Law, a Master's degree in Law and Judicial Career and a License in Law and Political Science, all obtained at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the University of Dschang-Cameroon.
Me DJOFANG intervenes in various areas of law, in particular: Commercial Law and Law of Commercial Companies and Collective Proceedings, Insurance Law, Land and Estate Law, Intellectual Property, Public and Private Litigation, Administrative Law and Litigation, Debt Recovery, Fashion Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration and Mediation).
He has several certifications to his credit in various fields:
- A professional qualification certification of “Company Administrator” issued by the Cameroonian Ministry of Vocational Training and FALIS Academy;
- Certification in Commercial Company Law and Debt Recovery issued by FALIS SAS;
- Two certifications in Arbitration Law, one delivered by the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAP)/GICAM, the other delivered by the International Union of Lawyers on the theme “Mastering the arbitration procedure 'internal and international arbitration', 'Study of a practical case according to the ICC Arbitration Rules';
- A certification in “Commercial mediation under the aegis of the uniform act relating to mediation” issued by McGill University in Montreal (Canada);
