Biography
A bilingual litigation and arbitration specialist with extensive knowledge of GCC laws and regulations, particularly in the UAE. I regularly advise clients before the local courts throughout the region in relation to complex cross-jurisdictional commercial disputes and arbitrations. I have over 11 years of experience, over 9 of which are in the GCC region.

As result of my vast experience in dispute resolution, regulatory, and corporate fields, I am able to provide support to my client in a wide range of areas. My experience is usually called upon when working with clients in formulating the best strategical approach to their disputes, regulatory, and corporate related queries and matters where I provide a commercial perspective and a pragmatic solution and approach to the advice provided.

I regularly speak at leading events and am requested to co-author legal insights by many of the leading publications, including Legal 500's Country Comparative Guide for the UAE on "Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters". I deliver internal and external training seminars to both colleagues and clients, in addition to regularly publishing e-alerts on the GCC legal market trends - thus I am considered an expert in the UAE and GCC law.
