Biography
Mercy is an Associate with Kimathi & Partners Corporate Attorneys, and the current Vice President of AIESEC Alumni, Ghana.

She practices primarily as a Transactions, Advisory and Tax Lawyer.

On a daily basis she provides legal advice to Fortune 500 companies and global multinationals, as well as other foreign governments and parastatal entities.

Mercy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degrees in Business Administration from the University of Ghana.

For many years, she lectured at prestigious universities in Ghana and also facilitated B2B transactions as a business development consultant.

She is deeply analytical and has a high appreciation of the aims of commercial parties in business transactions.

As part of her extra curricular activities, Mercy dedicates her time to the promotion of value based leadership and the advancement of health in Africa via her activities in AIESEC Alumni, and other social projects.

She is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
