I practise/work in
  • None of the above but have an interest in International ADR
If you don't practise international arbitration/international ADR, how do you promote it in Africa?
As an advocate of the High Court of Kenya I deal majorly with family law matters. I encourage my clients to try ADR first and always before we take the court option. I also raise awareness of ADR by encouraging my colleagues both in the legal and out of the legal field to undertake ADR courses to enable them sit as arbitrators or represent parties in arbitration proceedings.
Further I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators both in Kenya and London.
