Biography
Muleba Chitupila is a partner in Gill & Seph Advocates and an advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia, notary public and a commissioner for oaths. He has practiced law for 15 years, 10 of which are as an advocate admitted at the Zambian Bar.

His practice areas are commercial litigation and corporate advisory with a specific focus on employment law, banking and finance, corporate restructuring and tax law. Muleba has expanded his practice to include alternative dispute resolution with a particular concentration on arbitration.

Muleba’s practice also embraces the traditional legal practice of real estate and conveyancing.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Zambia.

Muleba holds membership (MCIArb) with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Zambia Branch and United Kingdom, Law Association of Zambia, African Construction Law and African Arbitration Association.
