If you don't practise international arbitration/international ADR, how do you promote it in Africa?
Currently am deliberating building experience across a broad range of dispute resolution through trainings at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Nigeria Branch and other Dispute Resolution Institutes across Africa. As a Sole Private Practitioner, I have developed expertise towards drafting concise arbitration clauses in contractual agreements for my clients and I deliberately enlighten my clients about the ADR mechanism that best suits their needs. I am consciously making efforts to promote Arbitration in Africa. I believe that becoming a member of AAFA will help me fulfill my goal having attended the 1st African International Arbitration Conference held in Kigali in April 2019
