If non-African, how do you promote Africans in international arbitration/ADR?
Being a non-African resident, I will answer this question even though I have an African nationality.

I promote Africans in arbitration by working with local counsel in all or most of my Africa related arbitrations, by proposing African arbitrators for appointment, by supporting events promoting arbitration in Africa, by teaching an arbitration module on a University of Paris African Laws LLM, etc.
