Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration is an arbitral institution with its principal location in Nairobi, Kenya’s capital City and connection hub for the Continent to the rest of the world. The Centre offers a neutral venue for the conduct of international arbitration with commitment to providing institutional support to the arbitral process. In addition, the Centre caters for domestic arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution such as mediation. The Centre offers a range of services, which include the following: i. Administers domestic and international arbitration as well as other forms of alternative dispute resolution process under NCIA rules; ii. Appoints arbitrators, mediators and other alternative dispute resolution process specialists in non-NCIA Rules; iii. Maintains a reputable list of arbitrators, mediators and other alternative dispute resolution process specialists; iv. Hearing Rooms and Training Centre; v. Offers training in domestic and international arbitration as well as other forms of alternative dispute resolution process; and vi.
