Biography
Kizito Beyuo is the Managing Partner of Beyuo & Co in Accra. He a representative of Ghana on the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and the Chairman of the ICC Ghana Commission on Arbitration & ADR. He serves on the ICSID Panel of Conciliators, and is a member of the SIAC Users Council, Ghana Bar Association (GBA), International Bar Association (IBA), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the Ghana Arbitration Center (GAC).

His practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution. He has over twenty five years’ experience in litigation and dispute resolution as counsel representing among others foreign states, International Organisations, multinational and state institutions in complex disputes on a range of areas in the law courts and before arbitral tribunals under institutional and adhoc rules.

Kizito also has wide experience as arbitrator having been appointed either as co-arbitrator or sole arbitrator in several arbitral panels.

Kizito publishes and speaks at local and international conferences in his practice area.
