Biography
Eunice Lumallas is a Dispute Resolution Practitioner and trial Lawyer, acts both as third party neutral and Party Representative in domestic and International Disputes. Most happy when resolving complex disputes. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) and an accredited tutor in Arbitration and mediation. Listed in the panels of the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC), Nairobi Centre for International arbitration (NCIA), the Lagos Court of Arbitration (Abuja) the Mauritius Arbitration and mediation Centre (MARC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Holds a Masters degree in Public International Law and is Partner in the Firm of Lumallas, Achieng & Kavere (LAK) Advocates. Serves in the Boards of Skipper Seil Limited (Dubai), the Public Private Partnerships Petitions Committee (PPPPC) the Chartered institute of Arbitrators and is a member of Federation of Women Lawyers (Kenya), Association of Professional Societies in East Africa (APSEA), the Women on Boards Networks and chairs the Women in ADR (Kenya)
